Villa Luka offers free private parking on site with no reservation needed, a beachfront setting, free WiFi in all rooms, family rooms, a restaurant, non-smoking rooms, an airport shuttle at extra cost and a good breakfast. There is a garden, a sun deck and a shaded outdoor terrace for relaxing.

Rooms come with air conditioning, heating, parquet floors, a private bathroom with shower, towels and linens, a TV, refrigerator, electric kettle, dining and seating areas, a desk, a clothes rack and a socket near the bed. Rooms are soundproofed and have a private entrance.

For free time there are free bicycles, bike and walking tours, the beach and snorkelling, while diving, cycling, hiking and fishing are arranged off site. Families can use a kid-friendly buffet, kids' meals, outdoor play equipment and board games.

Other services include a shared lounge with TV, an on-site convenience store, a tour desk, currency exchange, packed lunches, a hair salon, smoke alarms and 24-hour security. Pets are welcome and charges may apply, and the staff speak Croatian, English, German and Czech. Upper floors are accessible by stairs only.
